Unless otherwise noted in stock items ship within 5 business days. For non-stock items please contact us for days to ship. Shipping rates for online orders is priced at checkout via UPS real-time shipping. The Mobile Robot Stand must be shipped LTL on a pallet which requires a forklift to offload (unless you order LTL with liftgate service).
Return policy
We are committed the highest quality and customer service. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order for a quick resolution. If we are unable to resolve the issue we offer a 30-day money-back period on our standard products ordered online, beginning 10 days after the date of invoice. Products must be returned in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. You must contact us at support@rapiddesignsolutions.com or (425) 249-9707 for an RMA before returning your product. This return policy does not apply to customized products or orders.
