Who We Are

Founded by Troy Ojalehto in 2012

Troy has a strong background in CNC manufacturing and shop management. He also has extensive experience in engineering, programming, and integration of automated systems from robotic machine tending cells to test tools.

The Rapid Team machines, fabricates, and pre-wires our systems and products at our manufacturing facility in Spirit Lake, ID.

What We Believe

We don’t want to change how you do it. We want to automate how you do it now.

No one knows the dull, dirty or dangerous work as well as the folks doing it. Automation should come from the bottom up. By letting us work with the operators who perform the same tasks day in and day out and learning how we can leverage automation to help make their jobs easier, you get automation that sticks. We develop systems designed to be easily changed by the people who work with them every day. By eliminating the busy work, they have more time to focus on value-added work. We want to empower your best employees to do more, not tell them how to do it differently.

We want to talk with you

We answer our phones, and we speak your language. We know machining, programming and engineering.
